Data Frame Format for Publishing Programs

Program publishing is the process where the sender transmits vsn files to the player. For image and video programs, materials must be transmitted first, followed by vsn files to publish the programs. As the files to be transmitted (vsn files, image materials, video materials) vary in size, larger files need to be sent in blocks. For secondary development, the sender needs to package and send data according to format defined in the following section.
